The Career & Job Placement Management System is an Enterprise System that manages all of the administrative processes necessary for hosting a successful Career & Job Placement Fair. Students and companies can create and manage profiles and complete and submit applications online. Students can create and manage their profiles and CV’s for companies to view. An Administrative Dashboard allows the monitoring of students and companies activities such as payments, job interview preparation and other necessary processes. The system automates the scheduling of student interviews with companies, and generate related summary reports. This enables Career & Placement to more efficiently offer services to UTech’s final year students.
